Payment can be made cash or Eft ,however a security deposit maybe requested before service.

We give a 100% happiness guarantee on all our cleans, and if you are not 100% satisfied, we will send out someone else at no additional cost.

We currently operate in most areas of  Johannesburg southern suburbs and northern suburbs.We’re  expanding into new areas nation wide. If your area in not mentioned do contact us for arrangements.

What are your operating times?

We operate Monday to Sunday 7:00am to 6:30pm,bookings can be made 24/7 from your laptop, phone or tablet.

What do I do if any of my booking information is incorrect or l want to reschedule?

Please pay careful attention to the details on the booking review page and in the confirmation email.Some of the information can be updated directly via Account  Bookings. Incorrect bookings can also be cancelled via account  Bookings, and a new booking created accordingly.Should you wish to reschedule ,do give us a day notice preferably a telephone call to avoid any inconveniences on both sides

How do I know which cleaner is coming to clean my home or my offices?

After receiving a  confirmation email sent after you have booked the appointment, we include the name, picture and short bio of the professional cleaner that has been matched to your appointment.

Do have hourly or daily rates?

We base our hourly rates from R39.00p/h,however  it only applies from  3hours .This ensures that our team  are paid decent wages for the excellent work they do and encouragement .

How do I book a regular clean and will the cost be the same ?

If you would like to use one of our cleaning services.  Contractual or full time email us specify the dates and services required .For more info, you can call us; 062 044 5909 and we’ll assist you get the cleaning appointments setup in a good process.

How does the cleaner get to my home or my offices?

Sweat mother Cleaning Services will arrange  getting the cleaner to your place . In rare case, there may be transport delays that are out of their control.

How does the cleaner get access to my home or my offices  ?

For any specific instructions please do advise during booking.At the cleaning start time, please be there to open up for the cleaner, or alternatively make the keys available for the cleaner to collect.

Do I need to provide lunch for cleaners?

Sweat mother services cleaner will bring their own packed lunch, however should you feel the need to provide, its welcome. For longer cleaning schedules, please allow your cleaner to have a brief lunch break.

Are there rewards for inviting friends?

Yes, for every 3 friends or family you invite earns you a 5% discount for your next appointment.

I’m moving in or out of my place. What options do I have?

If you’re moving in or out of your place, it’s likely that there’s some additional cleaning to be done. In this case, select the number of rooms to be cleaned as well as additional tasks to be done. If there is a lot of cleaning needed, you may want to use two cleaners. The Sweat mother cleaning services platform selects two cleaners for cleans longer than 5-10 hours. For example, if you would like two cleaners for a total of 7 hours, select 14 hours cleaning time. The system will automatically allocate two cleaners to be sent to your address to clean for an equal amount of time each.

I’m having people over. Can you help clean up the mess?

If you are having an event and want a cleaner present either during the event or to clean up afterwards, sweat mother cleaning services is here to assist.

While booking, by pass the rooms selection and select the amount of hours required for the clean. Input the address and payment information and then after the process is complete, use “other” under “additional information” to open up a dialogue box telling us that you are specifically booking a cleaner for an event. Alternatively, email us directly at info@sweatmotherservics.co.za  and we will set up the booking for you.

Can l get information on your normal products  and Eco friendly  products ?

For normal cleaning ,cleaners bring well known used products  including  general cleaning products to a cleaning appointment. This includes a general all-purpose cleaner, a window cleaner (for windows and mirrors), a bathroom cleaner and dishwashing liquid.

For eco  friendly cleaning we have a great range of products from the best green suppliers in south Africa ,wood polish,leather polish,kitchen degreaser,bio bleach,earthsap bathroom,better earth citrus tile floor cleaner and better earth window cleaner .
